What happens to my signed documents
We need a power of attorney from you so that all documents and forms, as well as administrative procedures in Germany can be dealt with. The authorized representative is entitled to make the necessary declarations and signatures in front of authorities and private individuals in order to deal with the above-mentioned matter with the authority of a general authorized representative.
The proxy may delegate the exercise of the powers under this power of attorney to a representative in his name and at his own responsibility.
The principal recognizes all actions and declarations of his authorized representative or his representative as absolutely legally binding for him.
The proxy can withdraw the power of attorney in writing at any time.
Scope of power of attorney:
